The idea for Hospital Hoodies is over 10 years old. It started when I was sick in the hospital with Crohn's disease and I began my hatred of the hospital gown. I hated that in order to walk I had to gather up all the fabric so I didn't trip. I hated that the ties were alway broken. I hated that my butt was exposed. I hated it and figured there had to be a better solution to the hospital gown.
So, I thought about what I'd really like to wear and how I could make it work and the idea for Hospital Hoodies was born. I didn't do anything about it though, at first.
